First make sure it is safe to exit
the plane. If something is blocking
your way, move it; if you cannot
will move it, find another way out. If
you are injured, treat the wound
after getting out of the plane. Next,
scavenge the plane to find useful
resources. This could be anything
from emergency supplies to metal or leather. Finally, after removing all useful things from the plane, make sure that you are comfortable. You must keep warm. Survival is important, but in order to do that, you must keep your body is healthy. If you do not already have a jacket, rip out the leather from the seats of the plan and wrap that around yourself.

Depending on whether you fall of or crash the boat, these steps may change. However, in both situations these next few steps will apply. Get on land quickly. The water is dangerous because the cold promotes hypothermia. After getting on land, don't take off your clothes, the only worse than taking off wet clothes is putting them back on again. Although if it is cotton, take it off. Cotton can chill the body. Next, check for wounds or blue spots because they may become lethal. If your boat has crashed, go back and scavenge for materials. Remember, almost everything will help you in survival situations.
